HR Business Partner - Redmond, WA

Large Redmond-based software company seeks HR Business Partner. This person will drive HR best practices adoption and adherance (OFCCP, EOE, etc.) as well as act as human resources and employment subject matter in various circumstances (workforce planning, succession planning, staffing engagement, etc.).

Requires 5+ years of progressive experience as an HR generalist. PHR or SPHR strongly preferred. Experience with OFCCP required.
